Contact Name Idea Lab — Talk to a Real Person, Not a Bot
Running Name Idea Lab has taught me one thing above everything else: names matter more than people expect. Whether you’re picking a Snapchat handle, naming your first business, or trying to find the perfect Minecraft server name, you’re not just typing random letters into a box. You’re making a small decision that’ll follow you around for a while. That’s exactly why this site exists, and it’s exactly why your feedback, questions, and ideas matter so much to me.
If you’ve used any of our free generators — for social media, gaming, culture, or business naming — and something felt off, or something worked brilliantly, I want to know. This page is the fastest way to reach me directly, no chatbots, no ticket queues, just a real person reading what you send.

Who You're Actually Talking To
Hi, I’m Waseem Aijaz. I’m the person behind Name Idea Lab — a WordPress developer and SEO specialist who’s spent the last 10 years building and optimizing websites, and I run this whole project out of Mian Channu, in Punjab, Pakistan. I built Name Idea Lab because I kept noticing the same problem across dozens of naming tools online: they were either too generic, too cluttered with ads, or just plain slow. So I built something faster, cleaner, and genuinely free to use.
Every tool on this site, from the nickname generator to the culture-specific name generators, was built and is maintained by me directly. That means when you reach out, you’re not talking to a support team reading from a script. You’re talking to the developer who actually wrote the code behind the tool you used.
What You Can Contact Us About
I get messages about all kinds of things, and honestly, I welcome all of it. Here’s a rough idea of what people usually reach out for.
Bug Reports
Something not generating correctly, a filter that’s stuck, an export that’s not downloading? Tell me exactly what happened, and I’ll look into it.
Feature Requests
Maybe you want a new theme added to the Roblox Name Generator, or a new language script in the signature tool. I read every suggestion, and a good chunk of the features live on this site today started as a message just like that.
New Tool Ideas
If you’ve searched for a specific type of name generator and couldn’t find it anywhere online, let me know. Chances are other people are searching for the exact same thing.
Content Corrections
If you spot something inaccurate in one of our blog guides, whether it’s a naming rule that’s changed or a fact that needs updating, I’d genuinely appreciate the heads-up.
Business and Partnership Inquiries
If you’re interested in collaborating, advertising, or working together in some other way, this is the right place to start that conversation.
General Feedback
Sometimes people just want to say a tool saved them time, or that a specific feature was exactly what they needed. Those messages mean a lot too, so don’t hold back.
What Happens After You Reach Out
I try to keep this simple. When your message comes in, I read it myself, there’s no automated triage system sorting your question into a queue.
Quick Questions
How a filter works, why a result looks a certain way, that kind of thing, usually gets a same-day response.
Bug Reports
These get investigated as soon as I see them. If it’s something urgent affecting a lot of users, it jumps to the top of my list.
Feature Requests
These don’t always get an instant yes or no, but they do get read, noted, and genuinely considered for future updates.
Business Inquiries
These might take a little longer since I want to give those a proper, thoughtful response rather than a rushed one.
If your message needs more detail from me before I can act on it, I’ll ask. It’s a real conversation, not a one-and-done form submission.
A Personal Note From Waseem
Why This Page Exists
In my experience building websites and tools for a living, the products that actually improve over time are the ones where people tell the developer what’s working and what isn’t. I built Name Idea Lab to genuinely help people find a name they’re happy with, whether that’s for a new gaming account, a growing brand, or just a fresh social media handle. Your message helps shape where this site goes next, and I don’t say that as a formality. It’s the honest reason this contact page exists.
So if something’s on your mind, whatever it is, don’t hesitate. I’ll read it, and I’ll do my best to help.
